Refund policy

At OOLYUT, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with our straightforward return policy.

1. 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in the exact condition you received it.

• In its original, unopened packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@oolyut.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
