30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

Orders Under $40: Keep Your Item

If your order total is under $40, you don't need to send anything back. We'll issue your refund directly, and you're welcome to keep the item — it's on us.

Orders $40 and Over

For orders of $40 or more, the item must be returned to us to receive a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return

Email support@oolyut.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (for orders $40 and over) or your request is approved (for orders under $40), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
